Abbott would have been unlikely to play in Perth, as Hazlewood prepares to team up Mitchell Starc and Scott Boland forming the fast bowling unit
Cummins, who is recovering from a back injury, appears to be scheduled to reappear for the Brisbane match commencing December fourth
