Football Player Welsh Athlete Ramsey Boosts Reward for Lost Pet in Mexican Territory to £15k
Welsh soccer player Ramsey has boosted the incentive for leads about his lost pet Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, mentioned that the beagle was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state area.
Halo, who went missing on 9 October, was wearing a tracking device, and the footballer published a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any sort of information about our Halo please get in touch with us. Big bounty for locating her. We are all hoping she is unharmed and can be back to our side soon," Ramsey shared on Instagram.
Initial Offer and Heartfelt Pleas
The footballer initially revealed that his dog had gone missing two weeks ago and has subsequently shared numerous images of the beloved canine on Instagram.
A $ten thousand dollar bounty was originally offered, but with absence of information on the dog's whereabouts after a week, Ramsey and his family increased the sum.
"All we desire is Halo back," he said in an additional request on social media after the decade-old dog was lost.
The most recent image share is a monochrome snapshot of the beagle snoozing, its head resting in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the message: "What I'd do to embrace you one last time Halo."
Household's Anxieties and Context
Ramsey has additionally circulated a message from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels mentioning they have some "pressing questions" about the incident and fear the household "may never obtain clarity".
"We still haven't found our dog. I don't think we ever will," the spouse's message stated.
The Wales skipper signed with Mexican first division club Club Universidad Nacional earlier this year and had his debut in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the initial high profile British athlete to compete in the Mexican league.
